Boundless Trails 6-Week Mountain Biking Programme
Welcome to the Boundless Trails Inclusive Off-Road Cycling Programme for Young People, delivered in partnership with Elgin Youth Development Group / The Warehouse EYC.
The programme consists of six Saturday sessions at a variety of locations across Moray, giving young people the opportunity to develop their mountain biking skills, build confidence and explore different trails and environments.
The focus is on building confidence, developing riding skills, having fun and enjoying time outdoors together - not competition or performance. Sessions will be delivered in a small, supportive group and led by a qualified, trauma informed mountain bike leader.
Riding will be adapted to the ability, confidence and fitness of the group, with plenty of encouragement and support throughout. As the programme progresses, we will have the opportunity to explore different types of terrain and gradually take on longer and more adventurous rides.
Please note: Participants must already be able to confidently and competently ride a two wheeled bike, including steering and braking independently. These sessions are not suitable for complete beginners who are still learning to ride.
