Trails to Wellbeing Mountain Biking Programme
Welcome to the Boundless Trails Mountain Bike Sessions in partnership with LEAP Sports Scotland.
These sessions are designed to provide adults with the opportunity to experience off-road cycling in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. Whether you are completely new to mountain biking or looking to build confidence on the trails, the sessions will be adapted to suit the group.
The focus is on developing confidence, improving basic riding skills, and enjoying time outdoors together — not competition or performance. Sessions are delivered in small groups and led by a qualified, trauma-informed mountain bike leader. Riding will take place at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for everyone involved.
Group sizes are kept small to ensure a positive and personalised experience. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
What to bring: Mountain bike in good working order, helmet, gloves, waterproof jacket, change of clothes, kneepads (optional), trail snacks (protein bars, bananas, nuts), and plenty of water. Bikes and equipment can be provided if needed, subject to availability.
These sessions are delivered by Boundless Trails CIC, a Moray-based social enterprise using mountain biking to support confidence, connection and wellbeing. Boundless Trails CIC is fully insured through the Activities Industry Mutual (AIM), including Public Liability and Professional Indemnity cover.
